After a successful bid at the U.N. by the Palestinian Authority to be upgraded to non-member observer 'state' from non-member observer 'entity' the Zionist entity known as Israel responded by withholding $100 million in tax and customs revenue and declared that it would be used to pay the debts owed by the Palestinian Authority to Israeli companies.In addition to this declaration, the Zionist entity further declared that they would build 3,000 new settlements in the West Bank.
